EGCG HUNT CLUB is located on a private hunting ranch, Rancho de Caza, in beautiful Red Bluff, California. The terrain consists of knee to waist high grass, with excellent gound cover for hunting birds. There are plenty of good hiding places for birds to roost. Come visit our ranch and you will be sure to enjoy the most optimal hunting conditions, along with excellent accommodations. The ranch has a comfortable clubhouse for pre and post hunting use. At EGCG Hunt Club, we are dedicated to making your hunting experience a great one.
We brood and release an exquisite strain of ring-neck pheasants. You will be sure to enjoy the excitement as these birds go screaming from the ground. Our birds are well-maintained and excellent fliers. You may even want to have one mounted.
We also offer Chukar hunts. If you have not had an opportunity to hunt the very fast and low flying chukars, you are in for a treat. Chukar are great for eating, as well. When calling for reservations, let us know that you want to try out chukar and we will set it up for you.
Starting in Fall, 2008, EGCG Hunt Club will have Quail, Dove, Pheasant, Chukar and Turkey hunts. Hunt one type of bird, or hunt them all. EGCG Hunt Club is the only club where you can hunt multiple types of birds on the same day.
MAKING RESERVATIONS:
Advance reservations are required at EGCG HUNT CLUB and only a limited number of hunters will be allowed each day. We accept groups sizes of 2 to 10 people. The property is in prime condition for excellent bird hunting, and we are careful not to over-hunt our property. If you are interested in a quality hunting experience with guaranteed releases of birds, call us for reservations today.
PRICING:
Membership Costs $100/year and lasts the entire season (September 1 - May 31). Memberships are on sale now for the 2008-2009 season. Member priviledges include priortity reservation times and cheaper bird pricing. Members are also able to use the club for wild Dove Hunting during the regulated hunting season. Member prices are $20/pheasant, $15/chukar, $13/quail, $28/turkey.
Day hunters (non-members) are allowed to use the club as the guest of a member, at the following prices: $25/pheasant, $20/chukar, $18/quail, $35/turkey. There is a two bird per person per day minimum for day use hunters.
Fields are hunted on a RESERVATION ONLY basis – no free roam and no drop in hunting allowed. This enables us to provide the safest, most optimal conditions for excellent hunting. To make a reservation, please call (415)367-5640
