EGCG Hunt Club

EGCG HUNT CLUB is a private game-bird club located at "Rancho de Caza" in Red Bluff, California.  The club offers private hunting for Pheasant, Chukar, Quail and Turkey. The club also offers hunting for wild doves, ducks and geese.  EGCG Hunt Club is licensed by the California Department of Fish & Game and is open for reserved hunts from September 1st to May 31^st.   We are currently accepting membership applications for 2010-2011. Membership is limited to 100 members for the 2010-2011 season. 

EGCG HUNT CLUB is located on a private hunting ranch, Rancho de Caza, in beautiful Red Bluff, California.  The terrain consists of knee to waist high grass, with excellent gound cover for hunting birds.  There are plenty of good hiding places for birds to roost.  Come visit our ranch and you will be sure to enjoy the most optimal hunting conditions, along with excellent accommodations.  The ranch has a comfortable clubhouse for pre and post hunting use.  At EGCG Hunt Club, we are dedicated to making your hunting experience a great one. 

We brood and release an exquisite strain of ring-neck pheasants.  You will be sure to enjoy the excitement as these birds go screaming from the ground.  Our birds are well-maintained and excellent fliers. You may even want to have one mounted.

We also offer Chukar, quail and turkey hunting for the entire nine-month season.  If you have not had an opportunity to hunt the very fast and low flying chukars & quail, you are in for a treat. We also have excellent hunting for Turkey.  EGCG Hunt Club is the only club with a nine-month long turkey season.

EGCG Hunt Club also has lots of Doves, Ducks and Geese hunting.  Hunt one type of bird, or hunt them all!  EGCG Hunt Club is the ONLY club where you can hunt up to 7 types of birds on the same day.

We are not accepting Membership Applications for the 2011 season at this time. 

PRICING / COST OF MEMBERSHIP:

Membership Costs $125/year and lasts the entire season (September 1 - May 31).  Memberships are currently available now for the 2010-2011 season.    Members pay bird fees for the birds they shoot: bird fees are $20/pheasant, $15/chukar, $13/quail, $28/turkey. Members are also able to use the club for wild Dove, Duck and Goose Hunting during the regulated hunting season (no bird fees for wild birds).   

Members may invite guests to hunt with them at the club.  There are no guest fees.  Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.  Guests pay a $5/bird higher rate for their birds.  Guests are not allowed to hunt wild birds at the club.
