Membership Application
EGCG HUNT CLUB is a private pheasant club, licensed by the California Department of Fish & Game that is open for reserved hunts from September 1st to May 31st. If you are interested in membership, please print this page and mail to EGCG Hunt Club, LLC 393 Mountain View Ave, San Rafael, CA 94901 with a check for $100. Only 50 members will be allowed for the 2008-2009 hunting season.

The Membership Fee for the 2008-2009 season (September 1, 2008 – May 31, 2009) is $100. Please make checks payable to EGCG Hunt Club, LLC. Membership is a privilege and can be revoked without refund if any club rules are broken.
Members are allowed access 6 days/week from September 1st - May 31st. Member bird fees for 2008-2009 season are as follows:
Pheasants: $20
MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
RELEASE
The undersigned member hereby agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of EGCG HUNT CLUB, and to assume responsibility that his guests will do the same. The undersigned acknowledges that he has read and understands these rules and regulations, and that he has been provided a copy of them. He also understands that a violation of these rules and regulations will subject him or his guests to civil liability in case of injury or property damage. The undersigned member further acknowledges that hunting can be a dangerous sport, and hereby agrees to assume the risks attendant thereupon, and further agrees to assert no claim against “EGCG HUNT CLUB”, its employees or the landowner for death or injury resulting from accidents occurring to the undersigned, his guest(s) or his property in or about the hunting preserve. The undersigned hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold “EGCG HUNT CLUB”, its employees and all landowners on whose land the hunt is conducted, harmless against any and all like claims by himself and/or guests of the undersigned.
